Ann
Owner and Social Counselor
Ann founded AGA in 2007 with a passion for people and a call to caregiving. She performs all home assessments and coordinates caregivers with families.

Donna
Social Media/Design/Marketing
Donna enjoys posting on our social media sites and making sure AGA is visible and accessible through our website, media and advertising.
Louise
Office Manager
Louise comes to AGA with extensive experience in caregiving, networking and operations. She performs the critical administrative functions of billing, insurance and payroll so compassionate care runs smoothly.
Yomi
Scheduling Manager, Weekends
Yomi's CNA education, military background and love for family is AGA-approved material. He is available on Saturdays and Sundays to assist you with scheduling.
Amy
Scheduling Manager
Amy brings over ten years of caregiving experience, along with extensive management, marketing and scheduling expertise, to her role. Dedicated, diligent, thorough, and conscientious, Amy is committed to coordinating care with compassion and attention to detail to meet each client’s unique needs.
Bo
Case Manager
Bo brings to AGA experience as a Registered Nurse and work in a hospice setting. We are grateful for his caregiving heart in case management and relationship-building between clients and caregivers.
Kim
Case Manager
With her hands-on caregiving experience, Kim understands that exceptional care starts with listening. She is deeply dedicated to focusing on the specific, individualized needs of our clients and their families to build optimal support. By blending her practical clinical insights with a compassionate approach, Kim ensures every family feels guided, valued, and empowered throughout their care journey.
Michelle, Ed.D
Consultant
After seven years of dedicated service as Office Manager, Michelle has transitioned into retirement. We are grateful to continue benefiting from her extensive AGA knowledge, years of experience, and exceptional administrative expertise as she remains with our team in a consulting capacity.
